Schedule of Payments Standards
Effective January 1, 2008

The figures in these tables are established by the Housing Authority and reflect 90 to 110 percent of the Fair Market Rent. They are used to calculate how much assistance the Housing Authority will provide to families in the Housing Choice Voucher Program.  These figures are not the maximum rent the Housing Authority will pay to owners.  That figure is determined using the Housing Authority's own studies of the local rental market.
