Drop box:
Payments and documents can be dropped off at our office any time by using the drop box located to the right of our main entrance. Documents submitted in the lobby drop box will be date stamped on the date received.  Documents submitted to the external drop box will be collected at 5pm every week day (including Fridays) and date stamped with the date received.  Documents submitted after 5pm, on weekends, and on holidays will be date stamped on the following working day.

Office Hours:
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed to the public on Fridays (Santa Cruz Office). However, mail is still received on Fridays, and documents may be submitted in the external drop box located to the right of our main entrance.

1. Take the I-880 SOUTH ramp towards SANTA CRUZ. 0.2 miles
2. Merge onto I-880 S. 2.6 miles
3. I-880 S becomes CA-17 S. 26.2 miles
4. Take CA-1 NORTH RAMP towards HALF MOON BAY/SAN FRANCISCO.
    1.1 miles
5. Merge RIGHT onto MISSION STREET. 1.5 miles
6. Turn LEFT on WESTERN DRIVE. 0.1 miles
7. Turn RIGHT onto MISSION STREET. 0.1 miles

From Monterey

1. Take the CA-1 NORTH ramp. 0.1 miles
2. Merge onto CA-1 N. 35.6 miles
3. Continue on CA-1 N towards HALF MOON BAY/SAN FRANCISCO. 1.1 miles
4. Merge RIGHT onto MISSION STREET. 1.5 miles
5. Turn LEFT on WESTERN DRIVE. 0.1 miles
6. Turn RIGHT onto MISSION STREET. 0.1 miles

1. Take CA-87 South
2. Take the Exit on the LEFT
3. Merge onto CA-85 S Via EXIT 1A on the LEFT toward GILROY
4. Merge onto US-101 S via EXIT 1A on the LEFT toward LOS ANGELES
5. Take the CA-25 exit toward HOLLISTER/ EAST PINNACLES NATIONAL
    MONUMENT
6. Turn LEFT onto CA-25 / BLOOMFIELD AVE.  Continue to follow CA-25 S
7. Turn RIGHT onto 4TH ST.

From the South
1. Take CA-1 S
2. Take the CA-152 exit toward WATSONVILLE / GILROY
3. Merge onto MAIN ST
4. MAIN ST becomes PORTER DR / CR-G12
5. Stay on SAN JUAN RD
6. Turn LEFT onto US-101 N / CA-156 E.
7. Merge onto CA-156 E toward SAN JUAN BAUTISTA / HOLLISTER
8. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto CA-156 BR E / CR-G1 N / SAN JUAN RD. 
    Continue to follow CR-G1 N.
