HOUSING WITH AFFORDABILITY RESTRICTIONS

Although the Housing Authority attempts to gather complete information on all affordable rental complexes in Santa Cruz County, this is not necessarily a complete list.  Also, some complexes may not be accepting applications at this time.  Finally, while many if not all complexes have some units that are accessible to persons with disabilities, some are limited to elderly or disabled applicants only,  and we have noted that information if we have it.

MOD REHAB UNITS
In this form you will find complexes that are under the HUD Moderate Rehabilitation program.  The rental subsidy is attached to the unit.  This is not a section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program and tenants cannot take the subsidy with them to another rental.
